Be it a hot summer day or cold freezing winter Armenia always has something to offer. Tsaghkadzor that is mostly known as a resort town, can be a real treat if you are into skiing. In the beautiful slopes of Mountain Teghenis, with an altitude of approximately 1800m, Tsaghkadzor Ski Resort is one of the most popular places to go skiing in Armenia.

The location of the resort is very convenient - it is only 70 km from Zvartnots International Airport, hence, also very close to the capital city.

TSAGHKADZOR ROPEWAY

Try Tsaghkadzor ropeway, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the hills and mountains covered in snow all around. On a nice sunny winter day, if you start from the top skiing point the speed chairlift will take you around 30 minutes and you can see Mountain Ararat, crystal clear. The ropeway is open every day and also acts as a starting point for skiers.
There are 5 different routes - designed for both skiers and non-skiers. The ropeway is modern, safe and well-constructed. Skis, snowboards, eyeglasses and helmets are also available for rent.
KECHARIS MONASTERY
There is more to Tsaghkadzor than active rest. If you are interested in exploring other sightseeings, check out the ancient Kecharis Monastery. Dating back to 11-12th century, Kecharis has been one of the staples for Tsaghkadzor, that should be added to your must-see places. The complex is visible through the skiing routes but visiting it in person is a totally different experience.
Built very early on and acting also acting as an educational complex, the monastery has undergone renovation, ready to show its beauty to the world. Kecharis consists of three different churches, two chapels and a gavit.
Each of the churches and chapels in the complex are carved differently and each represent different history.

Every year on March 8, the whole world celebrates International Women's Day. However, initially this holiday did not appear as a day honouring the females, but as the day of women revolutionaries.
History of this day
After all, the history of International Women's Day begins with the “march of empty pots”, which was organized on March 8, 1857, by textile workers in the city of New York.

There are too many legends about its origin. One of them says that Gregory the Illuminator (an Armenian saint) fed the poor, and once there wasn’t enough sheep so he added wheat. The wheat stuck to the bottom so he cried: "Harekh! Stir it!", thus the dish got its name.

Կալավան
Կալավանը գտնվում է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում՝ Երևանից 137 կմ հեռավորության վրա։
Նախկինում ամբողջովին ադրբեջանցիներով բնակեցված Ամրխեր գյուղը Արցախյան պատերազմի տարիներին դարձյալ հայաբնակ դարձավ՝ վերանվանվելով՝ Կալավան: Գյուղն ունի շատ հարուստ և առատ բնություն։
Այժմ Կալավանի բնակիչների թիվը մոտավորապես 120 հոգի է։ Բնակավայրը գտնվում է ծովի մակերևույթից 1600 մ բարձրության վրա։
Ճանապարհի 130 կմ հատվածը բարվոք վիճակոււմ է, իսկ վերջին 7 կմ-ը՝ դժվար անցանելի է։ Տեղացիներն ասում են՝ դեպի դրախտ ճանապարհը հեշտ չէ։

Ինչպես սկսվեց
Լինելով իր բնակավայրի սիրահարը և միևնույն ժամանակ արտերկրում տեսնելով բազմաթիվ համայնքների հաջողությունները՝ Ռոբերտը որոշում է թողնել նախկին գործունեությունը և ամբողջությամբ նվիրվել իր համայնքի զարգացմանը։
Եվ ահա 2013 թվականին նա հիմնում է «Թայմ լենդ» հիմնադրամը՝ նպատակ ունենալով բացահայտել տեղի մարդկային ու բնական ողջ ներուժը, բացահայտված ներուժը գիտակրթական ծրագրերի իրականացման և տուրիզմի զարգացման միջոցով կիրառել համայնքի համաչափ զարգացման, կենսամակարդակի բարձրացման նպատակով։
Սկզբում նրա նախաձեռնությունը ընդդիմության է հանդիպում նույնիսկ ընտանիքում և ընկերների շրջանում, բայց քիչ անց նրանք ևս լծվում են ընդհանուր գործին։
Ռոբերտը սկսում է անհատական աշխատանք տանել տեղացիների հետ՝ բացատրել, ոգեշնչել համոզել, օրինակ ծառայել։ Արդյուքնում՝ նրա նախաձեռնությունը սկսում է թափ առնել, նորանոր ընտանքիներ են միանում ծրագրին։
Եվ ընդամենը մեկ տարի անց գյուղի համբավը սկսում է տարածվել ոչ միայն մեր հանարապետությունում, այլև մինչև հարավային Ամերիկայի երկրներ։ Աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից զբոսաշրջիկների մեծ հոսք է սկսում դեպի գյուղ։
Գյուղ կանգնի, գերան կկոտրի
Տեղի կանայք սկսում են հավաքել գյուղի անտառի հատապտուղներն ու բույսերը, պարզվում է, որ դրանց միջոցով հնարավոր է 120 կերակրատեսակ պատարստել ու մատուցել հետաքրքրասեր զբոսաշրջիկներին:
Գյուղացիները սկսում են նաև վերանորոգել տները՝ դրանք վերածելով հյուրատների, այս տարի օրինակ՝ 7 այդպիսի հյուրատուն է կառուցվում։
Տուն Կալավանում
Ռոբերտի խոսքով այժմ իրենց գյուղի մեծ մասն անհատ ձեռնարկատերեր են, այլ կերպ՝ սա ԱՁ-ների գյուղ է։ Նրանք ինքնաբավ են և միմյանց օգնելով քայլ առ քայլ առաջ են գնում, շենացնում են համայնքը, մեծացնում գրավչությունը առանց կողմնակի աջակցության։
Այս տարի հիմնական խնդիրը նոր հյուրատների կառուցումն էր, որը կատարվել է միկրովարկերի միջոցով։ Հաջորդ քայլը նույն տրամաբանությամբ ամբողջ համայնքի ներուժով ճանապարհի բարեկարգումն է։
Եվ այս ամենն արվում է առանց որևէ պետական աջակցության։ Պետական մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումներ եղել են, խոստումներ ևս, բայց գործեր՝ երբեք։
Ռոբերտի խոսքով մոտիվացված համայնքն ամենաուժեղ համայնքն է։ Տիրոջ զգացողությունն է պետք վերադարձնել կամ ձևավորել, որպեսզի ծառեր չկտրվեն, արգելված որս չարվի և շրջակա միջավայրը չաղտոտվի։ Ուստի եթե համայնքը մոտիվացված է, ապա անկախ դժվարություններից և ուշացող պետական աջակցությունից կարելի է մեծ արդյունքներ գրանցել։
Զբոսաշրջիկների աշխարհագրությունը
Այժմ մեծ ու փոքր խմբերով Կալավան են այցելում զբոսաշրջիկներ տարբեր երկրներից՝ Գերմանիայից, Լեհաստանից, Ռուսաստանից, Իսրայելից, Չինաստանից, Արգենտինայից, Պերուից, Գանայից, Կանադայից և այլն ։
Կալավանում տան բակԱյժմ գյուղը կարող է միաժամանակ 50 հյուր ընդունել։
Չեն ուզում առաջ անցնել, հիմա սպասրակման որակի և ծառայությունների շղթայի արդյունավետության վրա են աշխատում։
Ներհոսք
Գործընթացին են միացել նաև նրա շատ ընկերները, նույնիսկ Երևանից մի քանի հոգի հաստատվել են այստեղ։ Մենք հանդիպեցինք Ռոբերտի ընկերներց Արթուրին, ով Երևանի գրանցումից դուրս էր եկել և ձեռք բերել Կալավանի գրանցում։ Հիմա Արթուրը հյուրատուն է կառուցում և օգնում է տեղաբնակներին զարգացնել օրգանական գյուղատնտեսությունը։

Արդեն իսկ գործում են լիցենզավորաված տնտեսություններ, մասնավորապես՝ մեղվաբուծություն, բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաների և ազնվամորու մշակում։
Տուրիզմ
Գյուղում մեծ թափով զարկ է տրվում զբոսաշրջիկության տարբեր ուղղություների զարգացմանը՝ էկոտուրիզմ և էքստրեմալ տուրիզմ։
Գիտակրթական ծրագրեր
Կալավանում կազմակերպվում են գիտակրթական արշավներ, խաղեր։ Ռոբերտն իր թիմի հետ սերունդներ է կրթում։ Նա հատուկ կարևորություն է տալիս նաև շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանմանը։
Ռոբերտը պատմում է, որ հերթական ծրագրերից մեկի շրջանակում երեխաներին ցույց է տվել այն թռչունների բները, որոնց պատրաստաման համար բացի փայտերից օգտագործվել են նաև բնության մեջ թափված պլաստիկ տարաների կտորներ, պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներ։
Նա բացատրում է, որ անձրևներից հետո խոնավությունը չի նվազում բների մեջից և ձվերը նեխում են, այդպիսով՝ աղտոտված շրջակա միջավայրի պատճառով թռչունների աճը անկում է ապրում 5%-ով։ Նման ծրագրերից մեկից հետո մի դպրոցական զանգահարել և ասել է.
-Ընկեր Ռոբերտ, ես 15 կիլոգրամ պլաստիկ շշեր և պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներ եմ հավաքել բնությունից, հիմա քա՞նի ճուտիկի կյանք եմ փրկել…
Ռոբերտը մեծ շեշտադրում է կատարում ճիշտ մտածելակերպի ձևավորման վրա, ընդ որում և երեխաների և մեծահասակների։ Նրա 14 տարեկան տղան գյուղի հետ կապված հարցերով արդեն շփումների մեջ է ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակի հետ։
Մեր այցի ժամանակ Դիլիջանի Թումոյից զանգահարեցին և առաջարկեցին տեղի երեխաներրին շաբաթական մեկ անգամ իրենց մոտ հրավիրելու մասին։ Ռոբերտն արդեն պետք է մտածի անհրաժեշտ փոխադրամիջոց ձեռքբերելու մասին․․․
Կալավանցիները
ԱյԿալավանի գյուղապետի տանըստեղ սոցիալական կապերը շատ ամուր են, և միմյանցից կախվածությունը շատ մեծ է։
Հարաբերությունները փոխօգնության և փոխվստահության տրամաբանության մեջ են։
Կալավանցիները շատ ջերմ են, պարզ, սրտաբաց և հյուրասեր։
Մենք պարզապես այցելել էինք Կալավան, բայց պարզվեց հյուր ենք գնացել Ռոբերտին՝ առատ հյուրասիրություն, ջերմ ընդունելություն, հաճելի ժամանց։
Գյուղում կտեսնեք տարբեր խոշոր ու մանր կենդանիրերի այս ու այն կողմ վազվզելիս՝ ազատ առանց պարանների կամ ցանկապատերի, քանի որ գողության վտանգ չկա։
Ռոբերտն ասում է, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում մեկ անգամ է գողության դեպք եղել, և երկու ժամում պարզվել է․ դրսից եկած հյուր է եղել։
Միշտ չէ, որ ներդրումները ցանկալի են
Ռոբերտի խոսքով այս ընթացքում շատ գործարարներ են ցանկացել մեծ ներդրումներ կատարել՝ հանգստյան տներ, սննդի կետեր կառուցելու նպատակով, բայց Կալավան համայնքը դեմ է։
Կալավանցիները դեմ են ցանկացած ներդրման, որը կխալխլի համայնքի համաչափ զարգացման գործընթացը, դեմ են Կալավանը օբյեկտների վերածելու հայկական մոդելին, դեմ են իրենց ներուժի բացահայտմանն ու օգտագործմանն այս լավ գործընթացին ուղղված ցանկացած նախաձեռնությանը։ Պարզապես դեմ են դեգրադացմանը։
Վարակիչ փորձ
Կալավանի օրինակը վարակիչ է։ Մոտ համայնքները ևս սկսել են կիրառել այս մոդելը՝ Բարեպատը, Ճամբարակը։ Ռոբերտին հրավիրել են փորձի փոխանակման համար նաև Արցախ։
Հրավերներ են եղել նույնիսկ հարավային Ամերիկա մեկնելու, բայց տեղում հեռահար ծրագրերն ու անելիքները դեռ շատ են։
Կալավանի մոդելը
Տեղական ողջ մարդկային և բնական ներուժի բացահայտում և ներկայանալի պրոդուկտի վերածում՝ ահա Կալավանի զարգացման մոդելը։
Այս մոդելը ներդնել, խթանել և զարգացնել է պետք ողջ երկրով մեկ՝ բացահայտել ներուժը, ներգրավվել բացառապես տեղացիներին, բոլոր առկա ռեսուրսներն ու առանձնահատկությունները, ավանդույթները վերածել պրոդուկտի, թերություններն՝ առավելության և քայլ առ քայլ համաչափ զարգացնել համայնքը։
Ռոբերտը հատուկ աշխատանք է տանում տեղաբնակների հետ՝ աղբահանության ճիշտ կազմակերպումից մինչև անտառահատումների և որսագողության դեմ պայքար։
Մարդիկ սկսում են իրենց գիտելիքներն ու փորձը օգտագործել ի օգուտ համայնքի զարգացման և միևնույն ժամանակ ի շահ իրենց։
Մի տեղաբնակ, ում բոլորը տարիներով ճանաչել են որպես ավանակով փայտ կրող, պարզվել է առանց որևէ ֆորմալ կրթության հատ առ հատ ճանաչում է բոլոր էնդեմիկ թռչունների ձայները և հաղորդակցման նշանները։
Այժմ նա զբոսաշրջիկների համար կազմված հատուկ երթուղին է ուղեկցում որրպես տեղացի ուղեկցորդ ու մեկնաբանում թռչունների ձայները։
Ռոբերտի օրինակը
Նա հայրենասիրության, մեծ նպատակների և աշխատասիրության օրնակ է։ Ռոբերտը առաջնորդ է, լավ առաջնորդ, նա բոլոր հնարավորություններն ունի ամեն բան իր և իր ընտանիքի շուրջ կենտրոնացնելու և դրանից մեծ անձնական արդյունքներ ստանալու համար, բայց նա այդպես չի վարվում։

Արձագանքն այնքան մեծ է լինում, որ ակնկալվող հոսքին պատշաճ մակարդակով դիմավորելու նպատակով 2017 թվականին դադար են վերցնում՝ անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմանները ստեղծելու համար՝ նոր հյուրատներ, երթուղիներ, ճաշատեսակներ և այլն։
Այս տարի ակնկալում են 10000 այցելու ընդունել։ Արդեն իսկ սեպտեմբեր և հոկտեմբեր ամիսների համար բոլոր տեղերն ամրագրված են։

Օրվա վերջում տպավորությունները, տեղեկություններն ու էմոցիաներն այնքան առատ էին, որ վերադարձի ճանապարհին պարզապես լռում էինք…
Մենք շատ սիրեցինք Կալավանը և Կալավանի մեծագույն արժեք՝ մարդուն, ի դեմս Ռոբերտի և իր ընտանիքի։Այցելե՛ք Կալավան և վայելե՛ք այս փոքր գյուղի մեծ հրաշքը։

Շատ էինք լսել այս գյուղի և այնտեղի «21 հրեշտակների» մասին։
Բայց չշտապենք։ Ամեն ինչ հերթով։
Դրախտիկ գյուղ
Դրախտիկ գյուղը (նախկին անունը՝ Թոխլուջա), գտնվում է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, Արեգունի լեռների հարավային լանջին, Սևանա լճի ավազանի հյուսիս-արևելյան ափին։
Դրախտիկ գյուղով հոսում է համանուն գետը։ Գյուղում ապրում է մոտ 900 մարդ։ Բնակավայրը գտնվում է ծովի մակերևույթից 1980 մետր բարձրության վրա։
Երբ երազանքը միավորում է
Ամեն բան սկսեց մի քանի ակտիվ երիտասարդների միջև պարզ քննարկումներից, արդյունքում ծնվեց «Երազանքների գյուղ» հիմնելու գաղափարը, նախանշվեցին զարգացման հիմնական ուղիները, ծրագրի իրագործման վայր ընտրվեց հենց Դրախտիկը։
Այս գաղափարով ոգևորվեցին և նախաձեռնությանը միացան երկու տասնյակ երիատասարդներ, ում հետագայում կնքեցին «21 հրեշտակներ» խորհրդանշական անվամբ։

«Երազանքի գյուղ». ի՞նչ հասկանանք
«Երազանքի գյուղ»-ը սոցիալական և աղքատության կրճատման ծրագիր է՝ գործարար, հասարակական և այլ ոլորտների մի խումբ մարդկանց մասնավոր նախաձեռնությամբ:
Այդ պատճառով ընտրվել է բավականին սուր սոցիալ–տնտեսական խնդիրներով ու լքված համայնք՝ դրախտային անվանմամբ, բայց անգույն իրականությամբ: Անհրաժեշտ է անվանումը համապատասխանեցնել իրականությանը:
Նպատակին հասնելու ճանապարհին գյուղում զբոսաշրջության, գյուղատնտեսության, ինքնազբաղվածության, կրթության խթանման ծրագրեր են դրված»:
Եվ ահա այդ 21 նախաձեռնողները աշխատանքների արդյունավետ կազմակերպման և համակարգման նպատակով հիմնեցին «Երազանքի գյուղ» ՀԿ-ը։
Համարձակ ներդրում
Կամավորները համատեղ ուժերով համայնքի մի գողտրիկ անկյունում գնեցին տուն կից հողատարածքով՝ օգտագործելով այն որպես գրասենյակ և հավաքատեղի։
Զուգահեռ բազմաշերտ աշխատանքներ սկսկեցին տանել տեղաբնակների հետ՝ խրախուսելով միանալ և աջակցել նախաձեռնությանը, քանի որ սա կարող է հենց իրենց գյուղի զարթոնքի սկիզբը դառնալ՝ լուծելով բնակիչների զբաղվածության խնդիրը։Dream house Drakhtik
Կամավորները նաև ուսումնասիրել են գյուղի առանձնահատկությունները, վեր հանել որոշ պատմություններ՝ հետագայում զբոսաշրջիկության աճը խթանելու նպատակով։
Մեծ աշխատաքն է տարվել և տարվում աղբահանության և աղբի կառավարման առումով։

Մեր ուղևորությունների ժամանակ միշտ փորձում ենք հետաքրքիր ուղեկցորդ գտնել հենց տեղում և ահա այս անգամ մեզ ուղեկցում էր 21 հրեշտակներից մեկը՝ Գագիկ Կոնջորյանը, ով նաև «Երազանքների գյուղ» նախաձեռնության ամենաակտիվ անդամներից է, ինչպես նաև ՀԿ նախագահը։
Նա ուղեկցեց մեզ գյուղի հետաքրքիր վայրերով։
Կիսվեց իրենց գաղափարներով և անցած ճանապարհի ու ապագա ծրագրերի մասին տեղեկություններով։

Եղանք նաև նրանց տանը, որը դեռ պետք է վերանորոգել, ստեղծել հյուրեր ընդունելու բավարար պայմաններ,
բայց առաջին ամենակարևոր և համարձակ երկու քայլերն արդեն արված են՝

Արտասովոր ակտիվություն
Տասնամյակներով անտեսված և կիսադատարկ գյուղում անսովոր ակտիվություն և շարժ է նկատվում։ Երևանից բազմաթիվ հյուրեր են այցելում գյուղ և մոտակա ափ։
Երբ լուսանկարեցի հողամասերից մեկը, նույսիկ Գագիկը կատակեց, թե այս լուսանկարից հետո տվյալ հողատարածքի գինը ևս 500 դոլարով թանկացավ։
Երազանքի համախմբող ուժը
21 կամավորներներից յուրաքանչյորն էլ ակտիվ կենսակերպ է վարում։ Նրանք ներգրավված են ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում՝ գյուղատնտեսություն, մարքեթինգ, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաններ և այլն, բայց նրանց համախմբել է մեկ ընդհանուր երազանք՝ Դրախտիկ գյուղը համապատասխանեցնել իր անվանը։
Ընդ որում այդ երազանքը միայն Դրախտիկ գյուղին չի վերաբերում, այլ նրանք ցանկանում են այս նախաձեռնույթան հաջողված փորձը վերածել մոդելի, որը հնարավոր կլինի հեշտությամբ կիրառել ցանկացած այլ գյուղում։
Այդպիսի հաջողված մոդելի շատ լավ օրինակ է նաև Կալավան համայնքը, որի մասին գրել ենք մեր նախորդ գրառումներից մեկում։

Հաջորդ շաբաթ նախատեսվում է հանրային ափի բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ կազմակերպել, իսկ հուլիսի 21-ին՝ Վարդավառը Դրախտում Փառատոնը, որն իրենից կներկայացնի մի քանի միջոցառումերի շարք ։

ARMENIAN BREAD
Armenians cannot imagine their food without bread, so eating bread has almost become a tradition in Armenia. You will never see an Armenian man who eats his dish without bread, so Armenian women worked out new types of bread and new ways of baking bread.

Lavash is pure Armenian traditional bread. By the way, in 2014 it was registered in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity as “the preparation, meaning and appearance of traditional bread as an expression of culture in Armenia”. It is dietic bread.
LAVASH RECIPE
It is baked in the oven under the ground named “Tonir”. The dough should be too thin. Frankly speaking, it is too hard to bake it in the oven as there is a danger to fall into tonir.

Another delicious bread of Armenians is Matnakash. This bread is the most popular in Armenia and among Armenian men as it satisfies your hunger faster than other types of bread.

Khorovats is made on the flaming coals in the place named “mangal”. Armenian men are responsible for Khorovats preparation, so the dish has the best taste.

In 1915 Armenians were making soup out of chicken and while fighting for 40 days, the chicken was nearly over and they had to add korkot to the soup to give it to people.
